A lot of FUN job

I want to learn about more fun things on the computer such as graphic design and making Internet game. I know that I can take other computer class, which is for graphic design with Adobe Illustrator. However, I want to do very introduction graphic design on Introduction Computer with just fan. In addition, I want to make original game and challenge to use CAD soft. Possibilities of computer are huge, so we can do many fun jobs. Making web page was very fun. So, I want to make more advanced web page. Making power point was very fun. I can use the power point for the presentation of other class. Computer can do a lot of fun thing, so I want to do a lot of these fun things in this course.

Internet Game

Just two weeks ago, I tried to do the Internet game, which was first time to do the online game. I chose the Othello, which was in Yahoo. I had confidence toward Othello game. I like the simple rule. Although I didn’t play it recently, I thought I could play very easily and got win. However, reality was more severe than I though. Before I began the game, maybe almost of the player are beginners. There are few maniac people of Othello Game, but there’s no problem if I avoid the high level-playing place. So, I decided to go very beginner’s level-playing place. Reality, there’s no beginner’s course. Actually, there was place for beginners, but almost of the player had very skillful. Therefore, I needed to do practice a lot. Since that day, I practiced the Othello game every day with my LCJ friends. Therefore, my skill was gradually grown. At the same time, people who play in Othello game became my well-known people. There’s polite people and bad manner people. So I always try to avoid these bad manner people possibly I can.

Benefit and Risk of Advanced Technology

Same as change of cell phone, both of desktop and laptop will be more compact and lighter like feather. Design will be big change and its leader will be always Mac same as now. The user’s age will be more wide range. Old people, now 40~50 years old people, will look for entertainments in the computer more and more. Young people and children will learn high quality studying with wide range from educational software or educational site by reasonable price. However, at the same time, problems of computer will be bigger and more complex in the society. For example, net crime will be more spread with newest technologies, and how do we protect our children will be more social issue. Health problems will be bigger issue for users. Because of latest research, people will get information about how the electromagnetic wave affect our brain. Now, we already know these strong electromagnetic wave attack our brain cell, but it’s not big issue yet. After the many researches, the problem will be more clear, and people will recognize how it really damage our health.

Possibilities of Adobe Illustorator

Recently, making my original illustrations by using "Adobe Illustrator" becomes my new enjoyment. The soft, “Adobe Illustrator,” is produced by Adobe Systems. I illustrate something by using the soft and print out it, and my mother finally print on the flat fabrics such as T-shirt or so on by using silkscreen printing. This is so great!! And very enjoyable!! I can get cute T-shirt, which is a same as I wanted! Moreover, I can enjoy the process of the making T-shirt, which is great creative work but I can do easily. This is my recent hobby, which is a greater resource than just watching daytime TV soap operas in the weekend. Therefore, I want to say thank you for the great soft, and also I’m looking forward to the next class, which is “ Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.”

Wonderful My Cllasmates' Blogs

Now, I read 3 my classmates’ blogs. I enjoyed with their blogs because of variety of the design. They made their blogs very hard!! They used a lot of text colors or photographs. They worked very creatively. In contrast, my blog is very simple. Almost no color and no pictures. However, This time I assured that blog can be a lot of creative things! It would be cuter and more fun than I though. From now onward, my blog will be more creatively. In addition, I enjoyed with my classmates’ blogs because of the contents. They found interesting topic, and they wrote it with own style. I could see how do they tackle toward making blogs hard, so I want to pay my respects to them.

My computer purchase

First, I need my computer! Although I can use my parent's
desktop computer (eMac) at home, I want a laptop computer
and use it in my room. This is not only for studying but
also challenging a lot of creative works of graphic design
or so on. Therefore, I would like to buy iBook. I like the
smooth design and milk-white color. When I buy the iBook,
I can customize it by various ways. First, I would like to
choose 1GB RAM (but I need to pay extra 11,970 yen)
because I'll use a lot of photographs. Also, I would like
to choose 100 GB HDD (+ 18,060 yen). Secondly, Wi-Fi is
necessary to use it at coffee shop. The coffee shop is my
best place to study with good concentration. Therefore, I
would like to buy AirMac Extreme Card. Finally, I would
like to buy two buttons mouse. this is not for my future
laptop. This is for my parent's desktop computer. Now, we
use the one bottom mouse. I like the simple design, but I
want to use a scroll wheel and a right button!!

The Pitfall of PSP

The first problem is that the users of PSP can use the game software of other game machines. For example, PSP can download the software of Nintendo DS, PS2, old software of Family Computer or so on from the Internet by using the emulator. Of course, this action was illegal. Therefore, Sony requested to do the update for PSP users because of users’ unexpected action. The second problem is PSP hackers. One of the characteristics of PSP is that PSP can connect with Internet. Therefore, hackers can enter to the personal PSP machines through the Internet, and then they send the virus for broken the machines. Recently, “Trojan” was founded in the PSP machines. I don’t know why they do that, but it’s seem to better for all of PSP users who update the their own PSP immediately.

The Cute Character of Web Site

One of the subculture of Japan is that using cute characters for mascot or image character of events or some particular commercials. However, mona is different. It doesn’t have commercial purpose. The famous character, mona, is made by ASCII Art of 2 channel, which is a Web site of the online. 2channel user (2 channeler) created mona and then created many kinds of ASCII Art, which is one of the revolution of internet world because internet users became to able to do multiple expressions. By the way, I really like mona because of the cute expression of the cat. Also, I feel good to use the character anyone else. Although I don’t want to blame the cunning action of the a famous music company, they need to consider about moral carefully because of young history of Internet world.

X'mas presentts for my family

If I give X’mas presents for my family and my friend, I would buy Power Mac G5 for my mother, Power Mac G4 for my father, and laptops and musical soft for my younger brother.
First, I’ll surely buy the Power Mac G5 for my mother because of her long-felt want. Although she is not graphic designer, she needs to use graphic design as her new design business. Therefore, I’ll also buy design soft of Adobe systems, and high quality printer, which can print A size.
Secondly, I would buy PowerBook G4 for my father even though he can’t use the computer well. His hobby is Sunday carpenter, so that he’ll use the laptop and CAD for his hobby even though mastering computer will be little bit difficult for him.
Finally, I would buy two laptops and musical soft for my younger brother. Now, he is technical college student of musical school, and his major is making guitar. Therefore, giving musical soft will be benefit for his studying.

My History with Computers

When I was 5th and 6th grade student of my elementary school, once a week other students and I went to computer room for studying about computer, which is what computer can do and how we handle the computer. Sometimes, we did fun jobs such as doing the computer game and illustrating pictures, but usually we used for studying such as easy arithmetic.
After I graduated the elementary school, I didn't have a chance to learn about computer. At my high school, computer class was elective subject, and I didn't take the class. However, two years ago, my mother bought a Macintosh Computer (e-Mac) as a home computer. This was first time of computer came to my home. However, all of my family members couldn't treat the new computer. We, especially my mother, tried to use computer perfectly, but we have still incomprehensible problem about computer such as downloading the programs, we sometimes suffer because of like the difficult maze.
